Nonhlanhla Zondi has facilitated at Living Soils Community Learning Farm. The facilitation
was Unpacking different farming methodologies. The session she facilitated was for Living
Soils interns who are 3rd year Agriculture students completing their diploma programmes at
Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) and Tshwane University of Technology (TUT).
Her facilitation was well thought out and well received by the students. Nonhlanhla is well
organized, thorough in her paperwork, and provided course reading material to support her
facilitation. Her passion for Regenerative Agriculture stood out and was inspired by her past
work experience which led her to adapt to Regenerative Agriculture. Along with her
Agriculture contect she also shared and incorporated Personal Development to benefit the
students where she also invited a professional development coach so the students can map
out their careers as they come into the vast opportunities of Agricultural systems.
Nonhlanhla has done an excellent job with this topic and is very inspiring to us and the
students. She has connected very well with the students for future collaborations. Living
